Helpful to know where there are disabled facilites

I have family members with disabilities who require accessible toilets. It would be helpful to visitors and tourists if there was a local map (even better if it was a digital or linked to Google maps) to identify where publicly available accessible toilets are located. 

Knowing in advance where facilities are located allows for better planning and less worry / stress.
