Promoting more monitoring of disability workers

Some of these disability workers aren't doing their jobs properly and need to be more closely monitored. I've had family members get seriously injured from negligence and bad treatment, it really makes me angry that people who get paid so much can do such things. I'm angry and I want this changed, I constantly worry about my parents who are in the care system, I can't be their full time carer because I work full time and have 3 children to look after, please monitor workers better, this is unacceptable. 

I'm angry and concerned.
