We want more people who live in Arlen Hill to have a say about the counil's plans and the services we offer. Lots of people already share their views with us through surveys, comments and service user groups. But many people don't hear about activities they can feedback on, or choose not to get involved.

We want to understand what we can do differently or better to make it easier and more interesting for people to share their views and experiences with us.

We will read all your ideas and will share these with our Corporate Board in December so we can discuss which ones will work. We will then report these to Arlen Hill Council Cabinet in the New Year. Your ideas and suggestions will be used as part of a new consultation and engagement framework for all our staff.
